* This competition is restricted to 20 teams reporting on 20 seperate locations.

* Media Teams can consist of as many or as few people as you like

* Media Teams must create their own You Tube account to upload there videos to Click Here to Open a You Tube Account

Your Online Media Channel Must Contain these Five Elements

(1) A Social Media Producer.

(2) A TV Host/Hostess

(3) A DP (Cameraman)

(4) A Journalist

(5) A Photographer

* One person can do multiple tasks

* Videos can be shot on anything that shoots video, from high end cameras to Flips, Blackberries, I Phones, cell phones etc, whatever it takes to capture the essence of the MANHATTAN SHORT in your town.
