* Contestants must be between the ages of 16 & 24 years of age.

* Media teams can consist of as many people as you like.

* Your Blog must contain these elements.

(a) A Blog Administrator - Someone to maintain the blog

(b) Blog Host. Pose questions, provide answers, or be the ultimate film critic and request audience feedback. Set up a comment and discussion area or get creative and provide content ideas we haven’t yet thought of ourselves!

(c) Video Interviews from the cinema

(d) Photographs from your cinema

(e) 250 word review of the Festival at your cinema.

* Videos can be shot on anything that shoots video, from high end cameras to Flips, Blackberries, I Phones, cell phones etc, whatever it takes to capture the essence of the MANHATTAN SHORT!

* Videos are to be up loaded to U Tube and into your blog

* Deadline to enter is September 10th 2010

* There is no entry fee.
